We welcome back our resident dance company with a powerful brand new pan European tour de force mixed bill of modern ballet. This spectacular triple bill, features the UK premiere Passo Mezzo by renowned International choreographer Ohad Naharin, Artistic Director of Batsheva Dance Company. O Caritas by Peter Darrell CBE is a new production of a classic piece first performed by Scottish Ballet in 1974, featuring music by Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens). The piece is set within the Middle East and expresses the senselessness of violence in human affairs. The final piece is Close-Up by Fernando Hernando Magadan of Netherlands Dance Theatre, one of Europe’s most vibrant and dynamic young dancers and choreographers.
