New York born Daniel Linehan's work as a choreographer and performer has been greeted with critical praise both at home and in Europe. Zombie means living and dead. Aporia means logical contradiction. The title of choreographer and performer Daniel Linehan's latest work is a hybrid of two words that have never been joined together before - not according to Google anyway. In Zombie Aporia, Linehan sets out to create unusual hybrids; musical rhythms colliding with opposing dance rhythms, or physical manipulations that result in the distortion of the voice. The audience are left with the proposal that no aspect of a performance can exist in isolation. Running time: 50mins (no interval)
