An intensely powerful dance drama inspired by the true story of an Indian woman released from prison following the turn-around of her life sentence for killing her violent husband. Eight outstanding dancers interweave two contrasting narratives of urban life and Asian culture, to a vibrantly mixed soundtrack featuring Talvin Singh, classical Indian music and spoken word.
