This gem of a ballet company presents the professional principal dancers from the award winning English Youth Ballet who appear throughout the UK in EYB's full length classical ballets. Virtuoso is an exciting and contrasting evening ranging from the romantic ballet era of Chopin Variations through to Gershwin-Motion Pictures, with the Hollywood musicals as its theme. The Black Swan pas de deux from Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake is followed by the famous Corsair Pas de derux and Spring Waters pas de deux very rarely seen out side Russia and made famous by the Bolshoi Ballet. Music composed by Rachmaninov.
