Ballet Ireland has enjoyed meteoric success since it was established in 1998. The audience was captivated by its last performance in the Riverside Theatre in early 1999. Extravaganza 2000 will feature excerpts from some of the world's most famous classical ballets, including highlights from Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty and more, with lavish costumes and enchanting sets, performed to the great music of Schubert, Grieg, Wagner, Mahler and naturally Tchaikovsky.
