Exit an eclectic mix of Hip-Hop, breakdance and dance theatre breaks down the barriers of stereotypical assumptions and asks the question whether one singular moment determines life’s pathway? Joined on stage by leading beatboxer Imran Kaiza Khan the game of chance versus pre-determination begins.
Out explores how our subconscious can physically turn itself inside out when we suffer loss by translating this inner turmoil into physical exhilaration. Four performers weave their way in and out of a scaffolding structure, set against a backdrop of transient visuals. An original score by composer Katherine Summers together with live vocals drives this fast moving piece.
