With the majority of the songs sung in the original French by Claire Thompson, who combines her talents with dancer Agathe Girard to allow stories to unfold and reveal themselves, even to the non-French speakers, in a genuine and powerful manner. At times sad and poignant, at times grotesque and playful, they bring a fresh and modern outlook to Brel's work.
