Choreographer Henrietta Hale and dancers Melanie Clarke, Anouk Llaurens and Ben Ash come together to devise an improvisation score in which the performer creates imaginary spaces through referring physically to points in space. Through working with extremes of rule-following and free choice-making, they aim to develop a score which allows for form and spatial design to become visible without limiting potential for expressive content. Film maker Peter Anderson and musician Sianed Jones will bring their own insights as artists working in improvisation by mentoring the creative process.
