Reverse Deconstruct/The Envelope/Split/Let's Call the Whole Thing Off/READ My Hips - T816002410

Reverse Deconstruct is filled with humorous wit and entrancing, athletic movement. [David Parson]'s The Envelope is a quirky romp to familiar [Rossini] overtures involving seven dancers and one envelope. [Trey McIntyre]'s Split, featuring six dancers clad in hip Diesel jeans and shirts, uses improvisational jazz percussion music by [Art Blakey]. In [Harrison McEldowney]'s Let's Call the Whole Thing Off, set to music by [Gershwin], a couple who can't live with or without each other, playfully banter back and forth as they work out their differences through dance. And as a finale [Daniel Ezralow]'s athletic ensemble piece, Read My Hips, intense and exhilarating with high-tech lighting and an original synthesised electronic score by [Michael Colombier].
