Do you like your body? What's your idea of a perfect body? Cut from the thrill of speeding through a video game to the sickening shock of a crash. Body in Question portrays the true story of an Australian dancer who - after paralysing one of his arms in a motorcycle accident - journeys through the worlds of medicine, rehabilitation and disability. A former dancer with DV8, James Cunningham's sinuous body, altered by the accident, finds new angles on perceiving the body, and new ways to move. Body image and concepts of "normality" are questioned. Australian-based Igneous create a multi-media environment where a heart monitor flashes across big screens to a disorientating soundtrack. A life-sized puppet represents the dancers emotional and anatomical reactions, as a diary comes to life. Adults and 14+
