The Rosemary Branch Theatre has been host to over a dozen operas in recent years and is now thrilled to announce that it will be expanding into the ballet world with the debut of new male comedy ballet company, LES PRIMAS, led by Joel Morris who has danced with Les Ballets Grandiva, Les Ballets Trocadero de Monte Carlo and most recently English National Ballet. "The stage is just about big enough for a glissade and a grande jete, but we may have to change some of the lifts so we don't get stuck on the lighting bars" said Joel as he put on his pointe shoes and wondered whether his sponsorship piggy bank would stretch to hiring one of Darcy Bussell's tutus for his unique interpretation of The Dying Swan. Artists from Rosemary Branch regulars, Charles Court Opera, will be performing some appropriate musical interludes during costume changes to complete this evening of high culture.
