Based in Montreal, dancer and choreographer Lynda Gaudreau combines simple movements in complex ways to break down the components of dance. In Still Life No 1 two dancers become elements in a composition. A table serves as both pedestal and backdrop to a series if images in which various parts of the body come to life and follow unexplored paths.
