Celebrating work by male choreographers from around the globe, this year's Man Made features work by Jean Abreu, Rashpal Singh Bansal and Johanes Weiland. Brazilian-born Jean Abreu is one of the UK's most exciting young dancer/choreographers whose distinct dance work merges his Latin dance roots with contemporary dance techniques. Johanes Wieland, is an international choreographer and performer. His work cuts the edge, blurrs the lines, and creates a stylistic precedent. Rashpal Singh Bansal's Parallels is inspired by the Chinese philosophy that existence is based on the balance between opposite extremes: light & dark, man & woman, black & white, heaven & hell, yin & yang.
