A duo of contemporary dance pieces by up and coming young choreographer Michael Kelland. Both pieces use web comics as their inspiration. Last Stand is inspired by Winston Rowntree's Stop Normality and Rethink by Bryan North's Dinosaur Comics. Last Stand "Towards the end they say, you'll reach the point of no return, and feel it. Time grinds to a halt and the universe shrinks and square metres take on the detail of city maps." As you near the end what will you remember? What will become important? Rethink - The games that we played as children inform how we relate to friends and strangers today. What happens when we play these games as adults? What do they reveal of what we've become?
