If Walls Could Talk dares the audience to enter the incredibly atmospheric surroundings of this semi-derelict space to experience dance theatre as you've never seen it before... perfect for Halloween! The Old Penny Lodging House is the three-storied Georgian/Victorian building located opposite The Maltings on the far end of the carpark. It has, at various times in its history, been a lodging house, shoe warehouse and family home. The current owners have generously permitted The Maltings to use the building for immersive performances which respond to the building's unique history and intimate, atmospheric ambience.
