Frank - T1546039435

Frank is the eagerly awaited new solo from maverick performer [Nigel Charnock], about men relating to woman - or not. It's called Frank after his father and because it is nothing less than 'frank' about love, death, sex and family. Ripping up the boundaries between words and movement, dance and drama, tragedy and comedy, Charnock skilfully mixes a wildly effervescent dance-cocktail sparkling with intelligence: outspoken, daringly physical, poignant, raw and morbidly funny. Deadly serious people need not bother. Frank was originally commissioned by the Venice Biennale. The production has been further developed with support from Dance 4, Yorkshire Dance, Dance Agency Cornwall and Cornwall Arts Marketing. The performance contains material and language of an adult nature that some people may find offensive.
