A double bill of work created by Ellen Turner and George Adams. Solitaire, George Adams. A solo work created for the Liverpool Contemporary arts festival and commissioned for Saatchi and Saatchi and the Cumbria Chamber of commerce. Emcee to his own vaudeville style show, Adams struts recklessly about the stage quaffing alcohol mocking modern culture whilst throwing in the occasional jab to the dance world. Dancing each of his short acts with accuracy and panache Car Door moment, Ellen Turner. Ever suddenly have the urge to jump off a train platform? To a hit at random stranger? Or open a car door on the motorway? A mischievous "tongue in cheek" physical dance work that celebrates our most instinctive and impulsive reactions to life.
