A one-off performance of Struan Leslie's unique new dance piece based on the National Theatre's production of The Seagull. Struan Leslie, the movement director and choreographer on The Seagull, has created a new dance piece which continues his work on the production. No(sea) No(gull) develops the 'visible' choreography of the tangos and the 'invisible' movement of the play to make a new piece of work performed on Vicki Mortimer's set and with Christopher Shutt's sound score and live piano. The performance will be preceded by a discussion explaining the relationship between Movement Director / Choreographer and Director.
