The Times (11Jan01): Great Expectations is true to the tradition forged by the company s late founder, [Christopher Gable]. Compressing Dicken s complicated storyline into two 45-minute acts produces some fairly manic tonal and scenic changes, especially in the first half. But fuzzy-edged as the storytelling is, [Stefano Giannetti] still hits the salient dramatic point. 3
