Lisa Haight is a dancer/choreographer whose challenges the complacency of the contemporary dance scene, drawing influences from live art, cabaret and fetishism. Tonight she presents two new works. The first untitled piece is a specially created performance featuring her alter ego Ariel the Fearless Amazon, accompanied by Her Boy Bondage. The second work, 'Psynthosis] takes tap dancing into the 21st Century and is inspired by Einsturzende Neubauten, Thierry Mugler and The Prodigy. Surreal, provocative and wickedly entertaining, 'Psynthosis' is David Cronenberg crossed with 'The Torture Garden'.
