PURA PASIÓN, is an explosively fiery ensemble show which writes a dynamic new chapter in the history of Spanish dance. A cast of twenty- four dancers and musicians combine to create an extraordinary spectacular which fuses tradition and innovation in equal measure to produce an utterly original form of flamenco entertainment which unites world cultures in one momentous outpouring of unalloyed passion. Arab influences, Jewish song, Gregorian chants and African rhythms generate the musical momentum which powers a dazzling array of tangos, tarantos, bulerias, soleas and - as a daring centrepiece - a re-invention of the traditionally male farruca with a subtle feminine twist.
