Marie Rambert encouraged and nurtured the choreography of some of the greatest names in British dance. Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance continues this tradition. The School returns to the Lilian Baylis Studio with two performances of Home Grown and mostly student choreography.

Demonstrating world class technical accomplishment and choreographic innovation, the students of this famous school will dance a programme of ballet and contemporary dance. Highlights include Pas de Quatre from Sir Frederick Ashton's Swan Lake, excerpts from Giselle Act I, a new contemporary dance work created especially for the students by Mark Baldwin, Artistic Director of Rambert Dance Company and a new work by Ross McKim, School Director. The programme will also feature exciting original works created by current students.
