Joyous and irrepressible, Franvera loves to dance - her red shoes lift her beyond the daily cares of her life - but soon her world will be turned upside down. Her best friend, Ana, has been told not to talk to her, her mother cannot hide her anxiety and soldiers are fast approaching the village where she lives. Unicorn's passionate modern tale explores the dreams and aspirations of a young person trying to make sense of a changing world.
