Carnaval/Gypsy Mixture

Alston's newest dance Carnaval is performed to Schuman's Carnaval revolving around characters from the Commedia dell'arte, played live by the fantastic pianist Jason Ridgway. Gypsy Mixture, a great Alston favourite, has been newly revived for the first time in a decade.With exhilarating dancing to the infectious music of Romanian and Macedonian gypsy bands this dance will lift your spirits and quicken your pulse.
