Nigredo/No More Ghosts/Body and Soul/Brink

No More Ghosts will have its World Premiere at The Place. The full-company work is set to music for drums and electronica composed and performed by Wayne Walker-Allen. Body and Soul, which will have its London Premiere at The Place, is a new work by RADC rehearsal director and former RADC dancer Martin Lawrance. Set to Robert Schumann’s Dichterliebe (op. 48), performed by singer Nicolas Simeha and pianist Jason Ridgway, the piece sees its six dancers engage in fast-paced duets and solos that range from tumultuous to tender. Brief Candles, a collaboration between RADC and the Society for the Promotion of New Music seen at The Place in 2007.
