Red Run/Volumina/The Devil in the Detail
Red Run embraces the spirit of German composer Heiner Goebbel's score. With rock influence, piano and brass burst into passages of jazz then shift sharply into darker passages.
Volumina is full of ghostly, subtle rustlings and sudden erupting note-clusters, Legeti's cavernous organ-piece thunders round the dancers, darting back and forth half-hidden in the shadows.
The Devil in the Detail is a light-hearted celebration of elegance using Scott Joplin's piano rags, rich in syncopated detail, making the dancers strut and stride in style.
