Seemingly destined for a life as a professional footballer, De-Napoli turned his back on the beautiful game in order to pursue his passion for dance, only to be stopped in his tracks when a vicious assault left him with a broken neck. Against all odds, he made an amazing recovery. Di Napolis colourful life is the inspiration for The Dancical charting the highs and lows of his life with charisma, sensitivity and joy. De-Napoli Clarke is the choreographer and inspiration for this autobiographical dance production which contains an explosion of physical and rhythmical dance movement styles. With original new music from Kabin Fever. The Dancical Xtrax features a prelude dance piece, created and performed by Square Chapel Street Dance and a programme of dance works including repertoire from the RJC Dance productions J2RnB and MEKWAE performed by RJC Youth Dance.
