Direct from Montreal, this Canadian dance troupe represent the leading edge of modern dance. Using a fusion of hip-hop, breakdance, contemporary and ballet styles, they have created a movement vocabulary that fuses dynamic street dance with the grace and subtleties of ballet and contemporary dance. By seamlessly integrating these different styles Rubberbandance create unique and innovative work that breaks down the boundaries between dance styles to dazzling effect. Their new piece Secret Service shows off the skills of a trained division of the military police, in a reconstructed hip-hop style.
