Sakoba Dance Theatre is the first post modern African dance company in the UK. Their groundbreaking new show Okan' Nijo (One) is in keeping with the company's revolutionary approach and concept of African people’s dance. The company takes you on a revealing artistic and spiritual journey across continents and back to one point of origin. Led by the charismatic Bode Lawal, the cast of six dancers and three musicians team up with Los Angeles based international world music composer David Karagianis to produce this original and challenging piece.
