Jham - T1486483354

JHAM! is a fresh, youthful, contemporary dance and music work built on a firm classical ground. Love is in the Air - T604594225

Love is in the Air is a fresh take on a classic story, building on themes explored in Srishti’s 2009 tour My Stamping Ground. Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, Broadway’s West Side Story, Bollywood's Josh - the tension of forbidden love has caused thrill and heartbreak throughout the ages. Srishti’s new production explores fighting forces that seem impossible to conquer. Using a male-dominated cast, Love is in the Air tackles the issue of gangs in the UK whilst celebrating the loyalty and solidarity shared by friendship groups, often misconstrued as gangs. Inspired by gang culture and created to send positive messages to communities about this controversial subject, Love is in the Air is an innovative piece where modern film and aerial work meet the traditional form of Bharatanatyam.

Play Ball - Bend It.../Chemistry/Quick! - T1580174606

Play Ball is a dance triple bill by a male-dominated cast that shows off 'what the lads do' when at work, when at play and when in love. Bend it... is on football. Mirage - T01516135766

A multicultural dance double bill featuring two exciting new works based on the theme of deception. Nina Rajarani's expressive Bharatanatyam dance piece about estranged lovers uses traditional poetry and music by composer and vocalist Y Yadavan.
