Between Here & There/Slight (love at first)

The FATHoM Project presents a powerful double bill of new work from Adam Benjamin and Molly Sturges, creating a sense of total theatre within a physical realm that frees the imagination. Between Here & There - A collaboration with Molly Sturges (Littleglobe). An intimate exploration of the essential human themes of belonging, rejection, resilience and our desire for love and connection. The work integrates movement, electronic and acoustic sound, film and spoken word. Slight (love at first) - Directed by Adam Benjamin with film by Taryn Edmonds. Slight dances its way with humour, poetry, light and the occasional waltz into a realm of small hurts, rejections and failings, the solitude of the unloved and that careful enquiry needed of the inept that leads, just maybe, to love. The FATHoM Project is a collective of artists resident at Dance City in Newcastle, specialising in inclusive dance, theatre, film and music. This diverse company promotes high quality, innovative and original performance work, which includes disabled and non-disabled artists.
