For three performances, The Royal Ballet School and The Royal Ballet share the stage. Stars of today and stars in the making perform works that represent the heritage of the Company as well as its vibrant future. The Royal Ballet School presents a new work choreographed by Liam Scarlett that shows the wonderful appeal of dance through the skill of talented new dancers. Youth is also at the heart - worn firmly on the sleeve - of Ashton's charming ballet The Two Pigeons: a tale of young love, brief temptation and romantic reconciliation.
