Two pieces choreographed by Thomas Noone, celebrated in Europe for groundbreaking choreography. Award-winning performance Crush is a dance piece based in absolute austerity. Balancing expression and restraint, describing relationships yet never acting them out, its aim is to make the audience aware of the narrative but avoids any type of mimetic form. The work is inspired by Norwegian author Linn Ullman's Stella Descending. Futil is a beautiful yet haunting duet following a couple and the history of their increasingly polarised relation. Beginning with the end, the piece starts with their separation and rewinds to the initial moment of meeting.
