TrAPPED conjures up a Kafkaesque landscape and a surreal world evoked through original music, contemporary mime and unique physical theatre. Both tragic and comic, poetic and dark, Maresa’s choreography features striking imagery, visual theatricality and a movement language that is sometimes beautifully subtle and sometimes brutally disturbing.
