Trilogy is a combination of three short pieces, Beautiful Dance, Your Eyes and Oh Souvenir, made by choreographer Vera Tussing, and performer and video maker Albert Quesada over the last three years. In Trilogy, the pair has tried not to dance to music, but to dance in music, dissecting the very act of listening. Each piece is bind together by a method, in which the two Tussing and Quesada develop a detailed translation between the music and movement languages. Exploring different forms of music - a piano sonata, a rock song, and an operatic duet - the artists unpick musical structures and transcribe them onto their bodies.
