Who says that dance isn’t for boys? Over 100 boys and young men aged 10-16 from 8 schools will have worked creatively and with skill to show that dance is most definitely for boys and they have made an exciting, multi-faceted performance to prove it! The boys have created this brand new show with dancer/choreographers from Beingfrank Physical Theatre and 2FaCeD DaNcE with inspirational input from the Hofesh Shechter Dance Company, New Art Club and the Mead Gallery’s Phyllida Barlow exhibition Stint. They have absorbed these influences and used them to create new work that is fresh, unique, lively and definitely their own.
