I heard that song yesterday and remembered. I did have an idyllic childhood...didn't I? ' Passionate characters, delicious dark humour and powerful intrigue all fuse together in Vardimon's deft blend of dance theatre and Tete is driven by strange images - Salome's conflicting desires for the disembodied head, the fleeting moon singing. Dancers [Liat Shinar-Ogden] and [Vardimon] portray the contradictions of mind and body in Salome as they dance out their relationships with the Object Man played by [Luke Burrough]. Point 5 - Five Portraits that each use an eclectic and unusual movement. These unique narratives all reach their conclusion within the 5 minute limitation that [Burns] has set herself.
