WE STARTED IT, LETS FINISH IT Sat 4 Oct Doors 4pm - 8am The Derby Assembly Rooms - Darwin Suite £25 Bearded Theory marks a return in October with the We Started It, Lets Finish It event hosted at The Assembly Rooms in Derby. The October event takes its name from Bearded Theory Festival being declared as the official start to the UK festival season by the main stream media. The first ever Bearded Theory Festival was held in May and was heralded as the best ever grass roots festival to have ever taken place in the UK. The festival sold out months prior to the event and the organisers donated all profit to Oxfam. We Started It; Lets Finish It aims to bring the excitement of the outdoor festival indoors with an intimate show at the Assembly Rooms. The impressive line up includes live favorites Dreadzone and the award winning Ezio. They will be accompanied with festival legends the 3 Daft Monkeys and other great live acts playing are The Beetroot Kings, Subgiant, Rev Hammer, Please Y Self and the Fish Brothers. Everyone attending the Assembly Rooms will get in FREE to the exclusive Bearded after show party at the Vaults. We want to continue the chaos until the very early hours with a host of top notch DJs & singers including; Ed Tangent, BEZ23, Avant Garde, Beans on toast, Freedom, Tall Sarah, Mr B, Bayer B2B Fungle & Zombie met girl. Loads more mad activities and beard games!!! Anyone who comes dressed in a 1920's theme will get a free glass of bubbly!! We want to see Bearded Geezers and Gals!!!! We need Bearded October to be a success so we can fund our licence for next year's Bearded Theory festival, thanks to everyone so far for all your support!
