Join us for North Northumberland's first local drama festival, featuring plays from The Maltings Youth Theatre Company, the Alnwick Theatre Club, and Brass Bastion Theatre Company as well as talks on local history and events taking place in the foyer. The festival is split over the weekend, with Saturday's performances taking place at The Alnwick Playhouse. The Berwick section of the festival, which takes place on Sunday, is entitled 'Border Tales' and features four short plays plus two talks celebrating local history in North Northumberland. The plays - none longer than an hour - have been specially written for this drama festival by local amateur dramatics groups in the area.
