Cajun Day 2000

Now in it's fourth year, Cajun Day is a feast of music, dance, films and jam sessions celebrating the infectious rhythms and colourful culture of the Louisiana swamp country where Mardi Gras and carnival chicken chasing rule the roost! This year's event features top US accordion player Eddie LeJeune as well as some of this country's top Cajun and Zydeco acts - phone for a programme and more details. There'll also be workshops all through May where you can learn to dance Cajun style.
