A unique festival bringing Special Olympics sport into partnership with the arts - the 2004 European Powerlifting Championships will be held at the same time as an arts festival celebrting the skill, creativity and commitment of disabled people. 120 athletes from 11 European nations will compete, from countries as far a field as Azerbajan and Turkmenistan.
