British crime comedy. Fleeing the clutches of big-time drug dealer the Lizard in America, master 'chemist' Elmo McElroy (a kilt wearing Jackson) arrives in Liverpool with the formula for a potent new drug. Met by Yank-hating Felix, Elmo attempts to set up a deal with the locals. What neither of them knows is that a hit-woman is on their trail. Running time 1 hour 38 mins.
