Breillat delivers a complex and at times shocking tale of two young sisters, the older one slim and pretty and ardently pursued by an older, smooth-talking Italian boy; the younger one overweight and increasingly jealous. This film, from the director of 'Romance' is explicit in its depiction of both sex and violence.
