An evening of interwoven music, text, performance, djs and visuals. back home is an international story chain of eight leading writers of prose including Gary Younge, Ali Smith and Romesh Gunasekera. To be followed by Out Of Darkness, a heady offering of heavy breakbeats, lush digital songwriting from Middle Eastern electropioneers Pollyanna Frank, visual imagic and AfroBrazilian gems from DJ Cliffy (Batmacumba), and a selection of film shorts presented by the Halloween Society.
