'a band with a key to a secret compartment full of melodies that no-one has heard before' Independent DIY promoters Bandland present a rare, intimate show with acclaimed Welsh collective Gorky's Zygotic Mynci, led by Euros Childs and his sister Megan. For over a decade GZM have been producing idiosyncratic music known for its individuality. From the quirky pop sensibility that brought them to attention in the mid-nineties alongside similar-minded Welsh groups Super Furry Animals and Catatonia, GZM have developed their own brand of neo-psychedelia, producing sad, romantic, melodic and witty songs, tinged with country and folk sounds.
