Was it Bill or was it Ben? In the second half of the show you will be invited into the candy-coloured world of Andy Pandy, Looby Loo and Teddy, a world filled with endless fun and games. It is Andy Pandy's birthday, but he does not know. He wants to play and make a kite, but everyone is busy. All ends well when his friends give Andy Pandy a wonderful surprise party and a very special present.
