Meet Cuthbert the country lad, Bede the bookish one, and Godric a daredevil who later became a pirate-adventurer. The play tells of their childhood escapades before monastic life and how they ran their mothers ragged just like children do! This wonderful production, which includes an original sound score of Northumbrian pipe music, is inspired by the return of the Lindisfarne Gospels to the North East of England in 2013.
