This play tells the story of the dragon legends and folklore of West Sussex. Flash the Dragon aka Young Nic can transform from water monster or snake to dragon to knucker monster. In various guises he has appeared in Beowulf, Cissubury Ring and Lyminster and was notorious for killing cattle, sheep, babies and all fair maidens in Sussex. The Slayer and his sidekick the Fool have captured the dragon and a historic trial commences and it's up to you whether the dragon goes free! This play includes audience participation, animal guising, storytelling, circus, physical theatre, mummers' plays, dance and song.
