Three kids are in trouble. Well, what do you expect if you knock on the door of an inter-dimensional portal and run away? The year is 1982. Catherine Elizabeth Middleton is born. The Beastie Boys are still a hardcore punk band and we are just a few years away from being hit by the golden age of hip-hop. Elliott Thomas is befriending an extraterrestrial on the big screen and Callum has seen it (and cried). He lives in Fore Street but spends most of his time in his attic hanging out with his sister and his best friend. Bored on Christmas Eve, waiting for the day they're allowed to open presents, they open an inter-dimensional portal onto a parallel dimension, and suddenly the trouble starts.. By means of bicycles, bandanas and neural space travel, we go with them on an adventure to the impossible. We'll take on intergalactic challenges, fight invisible forces and we may have to make some sacrifices. But what we'll discover will be extraordinary and will open the door to new jaw-dropping possibilities. Inspired by the novels of Jules Verne, Journey to the Impossible is an homage to 80s sci-fi films and timeless adventure stories featuring epic songs, cinematic storytelling and hip hop dance.
