But Ceri might have got more than he bargained for when the Mighty Flash turns up. Overworked and desperate for a holiday, the Mighty Flash hands Ceri the Flash-Phone and leaves him in charge! As Captain C, can Ceri really save the day? Will he ever be able to tell Mighty Flash the truth? And what happens when Mighty Flash's mortal enemy, Dark Smoke appears...?
